About

You have found your way here after spending years of feeling capable and inconsistent at the same time. And you're probably not looking to be fixed. Instead, you are looking for someone who gets it and can help you figure it out. And I do because I have lived it.

HOW I WORK

HOW I WORK

Coaching stays in the present. We do not spend time analysing the past. We look at what is not working right now and we build something that changes it. Session by session. Practically. Without drama.

Meet Sonal Singh.

Meet Sonal Singh.

Meet Sonal Singh.

I was diagnosed with ADHD well into my forties. Which means I spent most of my life as someone who was neurodivergent with absolutely no idea why so many things felt so hard.

At the same time I knew I had this ability to grasp things quickly, to think differently, to see solutions others could not. That contradiction was deeply frustrating. I could do so much. And yet I could not trust myself to show up consistently.

Unless life was giving me a crisis. I was at my best then.

Getting my diagnosis changed everything. Not because it gave me an excuse, but because it gave me a framework. I finally understood the gap between my capability and my consistency. And I understood that it was structural, not personal.

I trained as a coach because I wanted to offer others what I eventually found. Not motivation. Not willpower. A structure that actually works.

The work does not change.
The structure around it does.

I spent decades not understanding why I could see everything clearly and execute nothing consistently. That confusion was the beginning of everything I now do.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy looks at your past to understand patterns. Coaching stays in the present - focused on how things are functioning right now and what to build to change that.
